Privacy Policy

Tunely: Video to MP3 ("Tunely", "we") is published by TheYourList. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

Your files

Videos and audio you pick, record or create are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store or view your media. Rendered files stay in the app's private storage until you share them, save them to your Music folder or delete them.

Permissions

• Microphone: only when you use the Voice recorder. Recordings stay on your device.
• Modify system settings: only when you ask Tunely to set a file as your ringtone, notification sound or alarm.
• Storage (Android 9 and below): only to save files to your Music or Ringtones folder when you tap Save.
• Internet: for ads, analytics and purchases.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which features are used and to fix problems. It collects app usage events (for example "render finished" or "tool opened"), device model, OS version, country and an app-instance identifier. It does not collect your files, file names you type, or contacts.

Advertising

The free version shows ads from Unity Ads. Unity may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google settings. See Unity's privacy policy at unity.com/legal.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase is active.

Children

Tunely is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers above (Google/Firebase, Unity, Google Play) to operate the app.

Retention and deletion

Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. You can delete everything the app stores on your device by uninstalling it. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your app instance, see Delete your data.
